1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing SAK Marketing Academy (operated by Sarah AlKahery Marketing Academy) at sarahalkahery.com or using our video courses, live sessions, or downloadable materials (collectively, "Services"), you agree to:

ARBITRATION NOTICE: DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION IN RAS AL KHAIMAH, UAE. CLASS ACTIONS AND JURY TRIALS ARE WAIVED. EXCEPTIONS: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CLAIMS MAY BE FILED IN UAE COURTS.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

A. Age Requirement:

- You must be 16+ years old to use our Services.

- Accounts created by minors will be terminated without refund.

B. Account Security:

- You must provide accurate, current information during registration.

- Strictly Prohibited:

- Sharing login credentials (violations incur AED 1,000 penalty per incident)

- Using bots/scrapers to access video content

- Impersonating instructors or other users

3. VIDEO CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

A. License:

- You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

- Stream purchased videos for personal use

- Access downloadable materials (if included)

- Prohibited:

- Downloading, screen-recording, or redistributing videos

- Uploading content to YouTube, Telegram, or other platforms

- Using videos for commercial training

B. Copyright Protection:

- All course videos, slides, and materials are © SAK Marketing Academy 2024.

- Unauthorized sharing violates UAE Federal Law No. 7 of 2002, punishable by fines up to AED 50,000.

4. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS

A. Pricing & Taxes:

- Prices are in AED and inclusive of 5% UAE VAT.

- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.

B. No Refunds Policy:

- All video course purchases are final, except if:

- Technical issues prevent access for 72+ hours (must email support)

- Duplicate charges occur (must report within 7 days)

C. Chargebacks:

- Disputing charges without prior contact will result in:

- Immediate account termination

- AED 500 penalty fee

- Legal action for recovery

5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not use our Services to:

- Upload harmful content (malware, viruses, etc.)

- Harass instructors or students in live chats/comments

- Violate UAE decency laws

- Reverse-engineer our video platform or payment systems

Consequences:

- First violation: Warning

- Second violation: 7-day suspension

- Third violation: Permanent ban + legal action

6. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS

A. Service Availability:

- We do not guarantee:

- 100% uptime for video streaming

- Compatibility with all devices/browsers

- Specific business results from course content

B. Liability Cap:

- SAK Marketing Academy's maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected course.

7. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

- Applicable Law: UAE Federal Laws

- Arbitration: Disputes will be settled through RAK Centre for Arbitration

- Court Actions Allowed only for:

- Copyright infringement

- Injunctions against piracy

8. UPDATES & TERMINATION

- We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice

- You may terminate your account by emailing info@sarahalkahery.com

- We reserve the right to ban users violating UAE laws
