When you purchase a paid course from Sak Academy, you are granted six (6) months of access to all the course materials included in your purchase. This access begins immediately upon successful payment.

All course purchases are final. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances. Please review the course details carefully before making your purchase.

3. Community Membership

By purchasing a paid course, you automatically become a member of the Sak Academy community. As a member, you will enjoy the following benefits:

• Access to free courses hosted by Sarah.
• Priority access to coaching opportunities.

4. Code of Conduct

We are committed to fostering a respectful and supportive learning environment. All members of the Sak Academy community are expected to behave respectfully towards other students and staff. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Disrespectful or disruptive behavior.
• Making rude, offensive, or inappropriate comments.

Any individual who violates this code of conduct may be removed from Sak Academy at our sole discretion. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, documents, and other resources, are the intellectual property of Sak Academy and are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing course materials without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

Sak Academy reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course or service at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to course content, pricing, and community benefits.

7. Termination of Access

Sak Academy reserves the right to revoke your access to courses and community membership if you breach any of these terms or engage in prohibited behavior. Such termination will not entitle you to any refunds.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sak Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our courses or services. By purchasing a course, you agree to use the materials and services at your own risk.
